About Janet
I am a Soul Physician and spiritual guide with over 25 years of experience walking alongside people through some of the hardest seasons of their lives. My calling has always been simple: to help people find inner healing, restore what's broken in their relationships, and rediscover freedom, peace, and wholeness in their heart, spirit, and soul.
My work centers on pastoral counseling, where I spiritually guide clients through inner healing and relational struggles — conflict, brokenness, wounds from the past, and the everyday heart issues that weigh us down. By request, I also offer Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), a guided tapping practice that helps release the emotional charge behind pain and anxiety. Separately, I offer Releasing Emotional Patterns with Essential Oils, a technique that gently supports the process of transforming spirit and soul and stands on its own.
But behind every credential is a simple belief: no one should have to carry their pain alone. Whether you're facing grief, anxiety, trauma, or simply feel stuck and unsure why, I'm here to walk that journey with you — with compassion, practical tools, and a safe space to be fully honest.

About Janet K. Cook, PhD
Janet is a Certified Mental Health Coach and Certified EFT Practitioner. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree from Trinity Theological Seminary and is also accredited with the distinguished University of Liverpool in Liverpool, England. She is a member of the National Omicron-Psi Honor Society. The title of her completed dissertation is Scrupulosity: An Analysis of Early Christian Writings in Relation to the Construct Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.
Janet's work is based on a biblical worldview and focuses on the body, soul, and spirit of a person. Her passion is to help those suffering with mental and emotional distress, including anxiety, depression, scrupulosity, and obsessive-compulsive disorder.
She is a member of the Christian Association of Psychological Studies and a Board Certified Pastoral Counselor with the American Association of Christian Counselors. She received her M.A. in Christian Ministry from Indiana Christian University and studied in Grace College's Clinical Mental Health Counseling master's program. Janet is the President of Healing Streams Center, LLC in Elkhart, Indiana.
Janet is a well-known international speaker and has traveled to countries throughout Asia and Africa. She is a gifted leader, teacher, and counselor who has helped hundreds hear the voice of the Lord and experience emotional and spiritual freedom in their lives.
